The CO2 Neutral Shower project aims to revolutionize shower technology with a heat-recycling shower drain and a CO2-free shower base. The goal is to create a system that recycles heat from shower water and integrates a sustainable shower base, produced with minimal energy and designed for durability and recyclability.

In the CBI Booster, the team will conduct research on materials to create an ideal combination of durable, low-energy shower base solutions that meet circular construction criteria. Key features will include longevity (20-30 years), water resistance, chemical durability, anti-slip properties, and ease of maintenance and repair. The end goal is to design a concept that minimizes carbon footprint, maximizes recyclability, and aligns with circular economy principles.
