This project focuses on revolutionizing the reuse of kitchen components through the power of digitalization, big data, and artificial intelligence. By developing AI-powered tools to match real-life images of kitchen components with a comprehensive dataset, the team aims to streamline the reintroduction of used, unregistered components into the market.

In the CBI Booster, the team will research and develop an MVP of their AI matching system, which will allow for accurate comparisons between real images and a digital dataset. They will also digitize an existing dataset and create a user-friendly search interface. Ultimately, the project will make it easier to reuse well-built kitchen components, preserving valuable materials, reducing CO2 emissions, and promoting sustainable construction practices.
