C.I.R.C.L.E. Kitchen aims to create a sustainable, low-carbon kitchen system by reconditioning high-quality kitchen components for reuse, significantly reducing carbon emissions and waste. By focusing on local sourcing and circularity, C.I.R.C.L.E. Kitchen envisions kitchens designed to last 60+ years, which are reclaimed, reconditioned, and returned to the market instead of being prematurely disposed of.
In the CBI Booster, the team will develop a show kitchen to showcase the C.I.R.C.L.E. Kitchen line, establish service contracts, and build the legal frameworks necessary for this circular approach. The project will explore pricing models and business strategies, while calculating the carbon savings potential of these circular kitchens. The ultimate goal is to set new standards for sustainable, locally sourced, closed-loop kitchen solutions.
